You are entitled to a full refund for the new order under the following conditions:
• Your request for a refund on paid plans is filed within 7 days from the date of order;
• Your account has not been temporarily blocked by us in connection with your violation of our terms of service delivery;
• Previously you did not claim the refund under this Policy.
• You are not under a Lifetime subscription.
• You signed up after this policy was in effect (2019-09-24)
Guarantee of refund applies to all new paid plan orders (not free trial plans), with the exception of orders paid with Bitcoin. We can not return funds for such orders.
